Antifa sues Andy Ngo for copyright infringement

Some members of Antifa are suing Andy Ngo for, get this, copyright infringement for retweeting their (Antifa official accounts and individual member accounts) posts.
Legal experts, on both sides, are saying that Antifa will surely lose the lawsuit in the early stages due to the nature of the platforms involved and their constant retweeting his posts.
I wonder how Democrats are going to respond since they claim that Antifa is a "myth", a "fantasy", a "rightwing conspiracy theory", etc, etc, etc. Antifa is even mentioned in the lawsuit directly.
