Guide to Different Methods of Cooking

Broiling. Broiling is a great way to give your food a crispy, crunchy outer layer (after all, who doesn't love chicken with crispy skin?).
Roasting. If you've only been roasting a turkey on Thanksgiving, you're seriously missing out the rest of the year.
      Searing. ...
      Stewing. ...
      Pan-Frying. ...
      Braising. ...
      Grilling. ...
      Slow Cooking. ...
      Pressure Cooking. ...

@cutestuff95 Hi cutestuff95 -- it's nice to see your first post, and I do love my chicken and turkey!

(In my opinion), a recent site redesign -- while beautiful -- has made it a bit more challenging to find the right board to post your non-porn thoughts, and unfortunately, some of these boards are visited much less often.

With that said, food talk isn't a New Forum Issue, which centers on the ongoing function of the Forum software. Anytime you want to talk wings and things, try the Kitchen & Cooking Forum:

Welcome, and have a great time.
