@remeycn 主站右上角的 support > rules 里面有完整的英文规则，但简单来说就是你上传和下载的比例(ratio)影响了你每天能下载的个数以及下载量，你需要提高你的ratio(具体查看主站点击上方ratio后出现的表格)从而使自己的账号不被限制，并可以下载更多种子。
比较有效的方法是：
- 下载Freeleech种子不会计入你的下载量但会计入你的上传量，因此多多利用freeleech种子来刷上传量吧，下载多个freeleech种子，并且一直挂着让它上传(亦称seeding/做种)即可
