Like official or unofficial invite forums that offer invites to other trackers.

And if there is one, what user class can see it?

The rule for invites is:
"We do not allow you to trade invites to other torrent sites, nor ask for them."
So unfortunately it's not allowed.

@b779a well it didn't say you can't offer invites. Many other non-gay trackers have a forum section specifically for offering invites to other trackers.

@saxonwoo It does sound like free invites to other places would be allowed. Not sure how useful it would be though since the forum activity here is pretty low. So far, I rely on a combination of /r/OpenSignups on reddit and occationally IRC.
