IMDb list: Gay Theme movies with unsimulated sex

One of my FBs who is very into gay themed movies made a list on IMDb that is supposed to be gay themed non-porn movies that have unsimulated gay male sex in them.

Any non-English language movies or titles would be another pot of treasures too...

I have seen and enjoyed some of them, but they feature mostly porn "actors" who can't act and primary qualification is having quite large BBC and willing to have sex in front of a camera. Fun to watch for a while, but similar to 70's blaxploitation movies in quality.
I'm not saying that Noel Alejandro and the other film makers don't include explicit sex too, but significantly higher quality stories, acting, and photography.
