Problema con la subida una vez descargado un archivo

Hola. He notado que una vez que descargo el archivo y me pongo a compartirlo el ratio sube muchísimo más despacio que antes. No es normal que en toda una noche sólo se haya subido 1 GB de los archivos que comparto (me bajé los mejores para subir el ratio como indican las guías). Antes compartía muchísimo más en mucho menos tiempo.
¿Puede ser algún problema del utorrent? ¿Es necesario abrir alguno de los puertos?
