Is the uploader priorized as seeder to earn upload amount or seedpoints?

After getting multiple seeders on a torrent, do they seed and get the points? Or it priorizes the uploader to earn those upload amounts and seed points?

Hello, as far as I have found out of experience no, the uploader is not priorised. I have bad connection and am seeding my torrents only until someone else downloads it than I upload peanuts. Not fair but that's how it is...
