Download from OnlyFans - best option?

At the moment I use Video DownloadHelper as a Firefox plugin to download videos from OnlyFans but it's a one at a time process so it takes a lot of time.
Does anyone have better options? -
Unless someone knows something I don't, there is currently no option to mass download from OnlyFans.
There used to be some browser plugins that worked, but OF changed their system and threatened them with lawsuits if they continued to make downloaders for OF.

@raphjd Ok, thanks for the comment. The I will keep on using DownloadHelper. It works but it's a bit more complicated.

@pierat Have you tried Internet Download Manager? It works both as a browser extension for downloading videos, and as a desktop program that can download multiple files from URLs. It's what I default to using for most video sites. It doesn't work 100% of the time on 100% of everything though.
