Book Identifcation

Heya All,
I wanted to see if anyone happens to know what the title of a book is. I wanted to re-read it recently, but cannot find it for all my efforts for the last 3 days. What i remember of the book is as follows.
- Main character is a divorced human (yes the book has werewolves) who has a son (half-were) whom he has not seen since birth, due to the mother's insistence.
- Son comes to stay with him at the beginning of the book. Part of the story tells of how he enrolled his son in a local school that accepts werewolves.
- He meets the Alpha of the local pack (who is working/linked to the school), and finds out that he is the Alpha's mate.
Thats all i remember. Anyone who knows the title, i would appreciate it.
