D/L only specific files in a Torrent

I've seen references in comments on several torrents suggesting downloaders might want to choose only a few files in a torrent. Is this possible? On some of the larger torrents, this option would be great but I don't know how to do it.

It is possible!
I use qBittorrent client which allows you to select the specific files to download.
Once you open the torrent a menu pops up with all the torrent's content which you can deselect files
