why can't download uTorrent even my ratio is pass a criterion

i have ratio 2.6 yet but i can't download files more

that's hard to use

Through my experience I stop other torrent while downloading... If I get that BAD RATIO warning from the client... I don't know why that happen even though my ratio is above standard and can download multiple torrent...

If you don't have system ratio warning or you need to upload/seed --- minimum ratio to be eligible for (The Amount of Bytes you can download before Reaching your current minimum Ratio)...Wait 24 hrs and try again or stop multiple download...
I have no clue even if your ratio pass a criterion helpdesk or others will explain...
