I like shonen genre . Watched bleach , hunter x hunter , attack on titan , fairy tail . Basically most of the mainstream stuff . Recommend me please some underrated/hidden gem stuff .

Slayers, maybe? Or depending on what genre you like you can try Death Note (but I'm pretty sure you've already watched it), .hack//SIGN, Code Geass, Hikaru no Go, Haikyuu, Barakamon, Akudama Drive, Nodame Cantabile or Honey & Clover.
