Trouble downloading torrents with ♺ at the front

Does anyone know why I might be having problems getting torrents with this symbol at the front ♺? I can download the torrent file but when I try to load it into my torrent client (I am using Deluge) it won't come up in the program. Other torrent files work, its just files with that symbol. Any ideas? Thank guys.

I don't know Deluge, but did you try to download the .torrent file, than edit its name to delete the symbol?
That is a symbol UTF-8 character.
