I DONT have two accounts, please help me

Hi everyone, i literally just logged in and found out i'm being accused and punished for seemingly having two accounts.
Which is funny because i...don`t?
I'm being accused for owning an account called blueje but i honestly have no clue who that is or how they were linked with me.
The only option i'm being given to restore my browsing rights is to delete the blueje account but, guess what, i can't do that cuz I.Don't.Own.It, and i obvsiously don't know the account's info.Can someone help me?
