Received a warning for multiple accounts but the other accounts listed are not mine

As per above. I don't know how often this kind of issue appears, but i was warned for having multiple accounts with 3 other accounts that I am sure is not mine...
Is there any way i can solve this?
Just some more info, this account was created many years ago, back then I registered it in SG since I was living there. Due to work, I have relocated to another country around the 2nd quarter of 2017. But I do use VPN to Singapore due to just being more comfortable with search results provided for the region, since after all I'm still more interested in news from where I originally come from. Not sure if this is a violation though since I have never been warned since then.
Now, the 3 other accounts that are reported to be my clones were all created very recently, ranging between 5 months to 1 week old, and I noted that their location are in Singapore and Malaysia.
A little bit unsure what to do to be honest... Will appreciate any help.
