CAM4 Token Hack - someone knows about? Its possible?

I don't know exactly where to put this, but lets go.
Found some hacks to put tokens on your Cam4 account to spend in the site, for free.
Was afraid of viruses or trojans, so i do not proceed.
I it possible? Have someone tried it before?
