Are you aware ManHandler that the Trump administration is beginning the transition? Biden is receiving the reports that is normal for him to receive, his picks for cabinet are being briefed in, etc etc? Which is exactly what the OP posted about them saying they would do?
This doesn’t mean anything else than that… just that. If you want to read into it, that’s kind of your call... but just doesn’t mean anything else.
Sadly Trump is being Trump still and public ally denying conceding. Even though all his legal options are exhausted and he’s now just hoping there will be enough faithless electors to switch the election for him. I suspect this is a long shot... but we’ll see.

That's absurd. Trump hasn't exhausted anything. The suits just started in the last few days, and already, Pennsylvania will be granting the electors to Trump. You obviously aren't cued into what's going on.

GSA certainly got a lot of attention because Emily Murphy's loyalty to Trump made her delay doing her job. Only when she was at risk of having to tell the truth under oath, did she do her job.

Certification is handled at the state level, and it is a very important part of the process.
What GSA / Emily Murphy did is at the federal level. Also an important part of the ongoing process, which suffered from a delay due to politics out of loyalty to the person that gave her that job.

Trump does not need to concede. To concede is a form of respect for the winner, respect for the process, and respect for the voters. Some people are not capable of expressing respect at any level.
When one does not call others names, curse them, denigrate them, make fun of them, and put them down, that's a form of respect.
