The GSA does not pick or certify the winner. This has nothing to do with the certification process, and Trump said the litigation will continue. This does not indicate the "Trump is ready," at all. If that were the case, he'd concede, which he hasn't. This is not a concession, which you are trying to make it out to be. See how you try to push things that you just want to believe? It sounds like something that goes along with your narrative, but it's not exactly the case, so hold your horses.

Trump does not have to concede. The action of conceding is simply a matter of respect. It's not a law. What is law, however, is the Constitution, and that is what will remove Trump from the White House when it is time to do so.
Why do you think conceding is a requirement for any element of the election or the aftermath?

I didn't say that. Certifying the electors is what is merely a procedural step. He doesn't have to concede, and he'll still be President, because the electors will be assigned by the states now, thanks to your democratic party cheating putting the whole thing up to confusion.

Your post tries to say that "the Trump administration is ready," then act like you didn't say that it meant "ready to transition." Which, it didn't. So let's get back to the basics here. You're going off on a long tangent about your feelings, and nobody cares about that.

Are you aware ManHandler that the Trump administration is beginning the transition? Biden is receiving the reports that is normal for him to receive, his picks for cabinet are being briefed in, etc etc? Which is exactly what the OP posted about them saying they would do?
This doesn’t mean anything else than that… just that. If you want to read into it, that’s kind of your call... but just doesn’t mean anything else.
Sadly Trump is being Trump still and public ally denying conceding. Even though all his legal options are exhausted and he’s now just hoping there will be enough faithless electors to switch the election for him. I suspect this is a long shot... but we’ll see.

That's absurd. Trump hasn't exhausted anything. The suits just started in the last few days, and already, Pennsylvania will be granting the electors to Trump. You obviously aren't cued into what's going on.
