      I have 2 computers on the same Internet connection and I would like to know if it is allowed to have GT.ru opened on both with the same username and also to download torrents on both at the same time from the GT.ru server.

        Yes, that's no problem.

        And attempt to open TWO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS on ONE device… is the rule violation that will get both accounts put into warned state.
