Ok . . . color me stupid, but how do I send a private message?
Messages / Inbox is just empty with no buttons to send.
EDIT - found a way to send a PM:
The easiest way to send a PM is adding you to friends, but your profile is private. Added someone else that had a public profile and then a link to send a PM became available, and then changed the numbers at the end to your profile number.
