Sex GAMES that are posted (sorry I don't know what to call them)

so people have been uploading GAMES (i'm very sorry I don't know the correct term)
I mean some are posted as DLC. Basically you control a character and they have sex within the game.Now I'm ASSUMING this because every time I download one, it has a weird file type and I really don't know what to do with the file in order to play it.
Can anybody give a brief summary of what we are supposed to DO with those files?

Those are known as Anime Games / Application [Software]…
You need to install them or find the right program to play them properly [search web for a file type]…
In most cases some have malicious files/content attached to it so be careful not to download... -

Short answer: The file format is ISO, so use any DVD emulator (eg. DAEMON Tools/Virtual CloneDrive/WinCDEmu/etc) to load the ISO file and install game. using zip tool eg. 7zip to unzip it is also fine.
