Site not recognize completed torrent

Hi everyone. Since some time when i finish downloading a torrent the site doesn't always recognize the fact that i completed the torrent,and it's happening more and more often lately. As an experiment i tried to delete one file of the unrecognized torrent and redownlaod it,and sometimes it works,but some other times it doesn't,and i can't delete hundreds of megabyte every time.Someone can do something about it? Thank you very much

Are those torrents singles or packs? If they are packs, they will only show as completed (on the upload arrow) if you download 100% of what's in it.
