He really does! And a hungry hog at that.
Trump projects constantly. When he attacks someone, it's for one of his own weaknesses. His first choice of verbal attack on women in particular is to make highly negative comments about their appearance.
It's not even ironic that his own appearance is so awful, just sad because he puts so much into crafting an image that is awful, with his fake orange face, ridiculous coiffure that doesn't fool anyone except himself, and horribly-tailored suits. He looks like a comic book bad guy. He could be old and overweight and balding and not look ridiculous.
For instance, Biden is a couple of years older than Trump, but he still looks pretty damn good. He has maintained a reasonably good physique, wears suits that fit, and is well-groomed. When he was younger, he could have been top-tier at Sean Cody or similar.

If you can't dish it out get out of the kitchen. You throw punches and then get angry when he destroys you with a few words because his lines are always more effective.
