And it's a good surprise to me that a 26-year-old guy like you listens to Pet Shop Boys, one of my favorite band! I thought anyone under 40 wouldn't be able to know them!
Not that excited on their last album Hotspot which comes to close a bit weakly the trilogy formed with the two previous ones Electric and Super who were great, efficient (and sometimes cheesy) electro.

I love the fact that parents are part of our musical education! My parents always played Kim Wilde, Whitney Houston and Lionel Richie cassettes in the car when I was a kid!
My favorite Pet Shop Boys songs from the 80's are Domino Dancing and It's Alright!

I remember my parents playing tapes and CDs with all these bands when we were travelling: my dad loves Depeche Mode and my mom adores The Cure, they love Joy Division, The Smiths, The Sisters of Mercy, Soft Cell, The Cranberries, Pink Floyd, Duran Duran and people like this… Some years after I compiled a CD with lots of compilations from those years and now when I go back home to visit them, that is one of the CDs they play a lotÂ
