      In Texas, there will be a legal fight. The League of United Latin American Citizens filed a lawsuit on Tuesday challenging the upcoming voter purge.

      It's no surprise to anyone, that they are fighting to keep the non-citizens on the voting rolls.

        The Texas Sec of State later rescinded the advisory issued by his office which had questioned the citizenship status of those voters.
