LOW Ratio ? i can't download torrents ?

I have 2.219 of ratio
But today I'm trying to download torrents but i can't
In the description of torrent I try downloading it writes : Bad ratio , ratio2.220 to many torrents ,your corrent limit is 15 at the same time
I don't understand what happens?

Ther's something wrong because in my profile i read :
You downloaded 52 torrent(s) in the past 24 hours
You are allowed to download 150 torrent file(s) per day. This is based on your share ratio of 2.221 and 1194 uploaded own torrent(s).

But download with my ratio is impossible ,I'm using seed bonus for now
Someone tell me what's happen ,please

There is a daily limit on how many torrents a person can download from the site.  This is actual torrent files from the site that you put into your client to get the video or whatever.

There is also a limit on how many files a person can download at a single time via their torrent client.  Just set them to run and as they complete, you will clear a space for more.

I have a feeling that what you are seeing is wrong and an error from the time the site got really messed up;

Your ratio is good enough to not have any issues unless there's a problem somewhere.

With ratio 2.200 i shouldn't have any issues
But Sunday i hae had issues to download
