What happened to all the posts?

I went to go check the stuff I bookmarked in technical stuff and they're all gone?

We are keeping an eye on site/member security, as it's always our #1 priority.

I'm surprised this hasn't made more of an impact than that. All those posts gone, surely more than one person (two with me) is disappointed with their disparation. Have any attempts been made to recover them? It's just, all those messages gone…

I'm not a programmer or anything like that, so I can only give vague answers as I understand the situation.
The threads/posts that disappeared still exist in some form, as they can still be seen on user pages.
Until we find the problem, which is the main thing on the agenda, there's really no sense to try to restore the threads/posts as it could happen again because the problem was never fixed.
