I think that you just need to take it easy and do things you like with a person that makes you feel comfortable. There is no reason to have sex if it doesn't feel good. When you find out what you like and find the right person to do it with, I think there will be no problem anymore. -
Ok, lots to deal with.
1. You may simply just not enjoy sex. It's more common than you might think. If this is the case, you probably never will.
2. You could have low hormone levels, which reduces your libido/sex drive.
3. You could have depression. Depression isn't just feeling sad, but much deeper than that.
4. Maybe none of the guys made you horny. Try different guys.

Prozac is really bad for this. While it may help with your depression, it will kill your sex drive and physical ability to have sex. Prozac has the highest suicide rate of all the anti-depression drugs.

The most important thing here is to not commit to anything. It's okay to not like sex. It's okay to change your mind later. There are stories of guys who assume they don't like sex but they only bottomed or only topped and when they try it the other way they love it. There are guys who hate sex but then when in a relationship it is great, and its just the hook ups that they don't like (women tend to have this mindset as well). The point is that you don't need to commit. whatever you end up liking or not liking it is okay and nothing to be sad about. Dating may be a bit harder but not nearly impossible as long as you are open minded about your partners potential needs.

Have you ever felt sexual attraction? To whom? Under what sort of situation?
Have you ever crushed on someone? Who was it? Are you close with them?
Basically, this may be a kink (for example, maybe you can only feel sexual attraction under very specific circumstances or scenario).
OR you might be asexual. Some ace people can masturbate or orgasm or even enjoy sex--those are just physical function. What makes someone ace is the lack of sexual attraction towards anyone. (Think of it like this; when you're hungry, you can eat a bowl of oatmeal and be filled, but you may not necessarily be happy. That's basically what asexuality is)
Alternatively you might be demisexual, as in, you require a certain degree of intimacy to be able to lust on them. -
