For Mangaka:
Takeshi Matsu - Loved his earlier work. Not many translated works nowadays, cuz he asked translators to stop translating without his permission.
Tsukasa Matsuzaki - Usually works with Takeshi Matsu, but more focused on older men.
Gai Mizuki(Rychanthropy) - Big beefy bara!
David Cantero - KEYS!!
Julius - Hot daddy & son stories and illust(Not incest) big enough for a light novel.
Dale Lazarov - The way he told the story without any word is truly stunning!
SUVWAVE - Cute chubs!
D-Raw2 - Fit ridiculously ripped teen doing crazy sex. Yep, that's basically their theme.

For Artist:
Suyohara - Hot fit ripped men. Beautiful hi-quality anime art style.
F0-Star - Awesome 3D artist. Check their wolverine x bigby wolf!
BK-MITA - Hot ripped hunks in armor. Sometimes furry too!
DSharp - Chubs and orcs!
Silverjow - Seriously, his work is like a modern art. Usually drew fitness models.
Rumlocker(RumzRumz) - Made fanart so good that made Obscura(creator of Coming Out on Top) made that extra bottom scene for Brad

Surprisingly I don't like Hotcha art anymore. He used to drew a lot of hot poses(check his earliest gallery), but now it's just same ol' choke-fuck and pissing. Gengoroh Tagame's work is a bit too extreme for me
