Can't download anything (current limit is 2 at the same time)

For several days, I can't download anything. I tried with freeleech, popular and recent uploads and nothing works. In uTorrent, the message that appears (in Spanish) is "buscando compis" while in qTorrent appears: "To many torrents Your current limit is 2 at the same time."
I want to fix my ratio before is too late but I don't know if the problem is the web, my connection, my own account of gt.ru… Thanks in advance and sorry for my "Google Translate" english.
