        All beliefs, religious or not, affect a person's character.

          Religion is a framework for social  values and norms. So it can definitely have a strong influence. But it depends on how rigid that framework is.

          If it's loose you'll have more accepting people. If it's firm you could more people set in their ways.

            By observation, virtually none.

            It's your actions that form your character not your theology.

            ie.  Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
