Can i use my account in two different devices?

So my boyfriend discovered that i have an account on this site and he also want to join here. When we talked about it, he changed his mind about having a different account and told me that what if we share my account. I agreed with him cause i dont care that much with him knowing what im downloading and he also dont care if i know his. We dont share laptop because we still dont live together (soon we will hehe). Is it forbidden to share an account? Does it have a penalty? If yes then what penalty will we face? Thank you in advance :thx:

Only one account is allowed per Internet Protocol address and user. Attempts to create multiple accounts will trigger our monitoring system that immediately terminates both accounts (). Be aware that two or more account-holders using the same router/local network or allowing someone else to access their account on your internet connection will trigger this system. The same will occur if you attempt to access your account using another account holders internet access.

I know but the rules only mention about having two different or with people with different account. My boyfriend doesn't have one so our case don't fit in any of these. It's like a one way rule. One account per internet protocol address but it doesn't mention about one account with mutliple internet protocol address
