Estoy intentando subir contenido desde QuickTorrentMaker V1.14 y no crea el Torrent en la página. ¿Qué puedo hacer?

NO uso el torrentmaker hace timepo pero si no me equivoco era mejor crear el torrent con utorrent y luego compartirlo mediante el QTM

Yo tampoco puedo subir contenido.
Voy a descargar la actualización a ver si puedo compartir algo. -
Ya probe de nuevo y sigo con el mismo problema y de subir de forma manual ni hablar, me aparece que el sitio esta en mantenimiento.
