Russians who don’t vote in next month’s presidential elections risk seeing their country transformed into a gay-friendly state where people in their 50s are eligible for military conscription, a homophobic and xenophobic viral video has warned.

This seems normal for Russian right wing propaganda. They are literally nuts. Just like America's right wing nutjobs.
Theres a few vidoes on youtube telling people to vote straight Republican tickets in this year's elections or face being detained in FEMA camps for re-education by a democratic senate and house.It sad that people have to do this kind of crazy stuff, but it does work on some peoples minds. They live in fear and this just reinforces it.
Look at Africa, They ran ads telling the different parties that if the other guy wins? They will come eat your children.

They pretended to be "blactivists" and other types of SJWs and riled people up for the cause.

After watching the video, I cracked-up laughing. No-one in their right mind can take it seriously… And the ones that aren't in their right mind also believe that a magic ghost-man from over 2000 years ago with rise from his grave to save them from themselves.
