There is some peers… and my upload is 0

The torrents you are seeding have no leechers (leecher = downloader) so that's why you are not seeding anything.
You must download one torrent with many leechers and less seeders (like the new torrents) to improve your ratio.
Hope this is correct cause i just used a translator–
