换了IP继续上传还会记录吗

不知道更换IP后的上传还是不是会继续几率，顺便再问一下上传的文件不能用原始种子进行上传，必须要通过网页下载新种子来上传吗？

是一样的， 如果你有了那部片看看是不是文件大小一样吗？ 如果一样可以直接成为种子，如果不一样就可以从新上载过。
