      In 1979 (38 years ago), a cute little boy vanished.  There was virtually no evidence, but a suspect named "Ramos" was convicted of the crime in a civil court (which doesn't require all that pesky evidence).
      There is a problem.. it turns out that Ramos didn't do it, but instead, this guy "Hernandez" did it.  They convicted Hernandez of the crime in 2017.

      This is terrible for many reasons, including:
      A man was convicted of a horrifying crime that he didn't commit.
      The guilty man was allowed to be free for 38 years - presumably committing MORE horrifying crimes.

      Note that the CNN story only mentions Hernandez.. and NEVER mentions Ramos, who was the assumed to be the killer for 38 years!  CNN sucks.
