@cteavin -- I lied about being busy tonight, to avoid going to an art gallery opening -- an hour's drive.
And I love holiday candy and all sweets; but I don't make, i buy them -- or eat them at parties.

I have never broken a bone. I've not even been sick since the late 90's.
And I've only ever had the flu as a young child. (I really should pass my genes on.)BTW, you have to make candy corn someday – it's so much better homemade. It's just fondant but you can flavor it with really good vanilla to bring it out. I love doing it.

Oh, I hate musicals. The only three or four I've ever liked are Les Miz, Phantom, and Hairspray. I can tolerate bits of Little Shop of Horrors and Rocky Horror but, ug, I took my ex to see Lion King (the theatrical play) and fell asleep. I did the same during Wicked.
(The magazine cover kinda means "the adult male" as in "the grown up version of Dean Fujioka")

I only have a macbook pro used as my working laptop (my brother gave me as my birthday gift). OSX is becoming worse these years. my workstation is a Unix like OS which have 128GB Ram and 4 * 6 core CPU to do simulations.

yes, It's cold and dry here. plants will make the air moister. I have a greenhouse in the city apartment. altho it's winter here evening the temp is below 0C, that room is very warm about 15C. the big rose still in a flowering. last month I plant 20 bluebells，they will flower at new year. if you come here I will show you me big cactus which have lots of leaves.

TPBM has given/received xmas gifts already? (We did Secret Santa in three of my classes, yesterday. It was really fun. I was very pleased with how seriously everyone tried to pick out a thoughtful gift for their partner.)

I’ve delivered my gift to my brother family he told me he is reading books, So I boungt a new e-book reader for him. and sent my wife a new mobile phone. and I received several postcards from friends, my wife bought me a lambskin vest, I want to give some money to my mother’s family as a gift of new year.
