Normal. Everyone is different. I precum like a leaky faucet. Other guys are totally dry until they shoot.

Unless you have sudden changes, pain or burning, bloody discharge, discharge without arousal, etc., there's no reason to worry.

dunno, i guess its decent… i have this reflex to just eat a bit when it gets too much... dont even think about it. its not like a fountain or anyting though and amount is definitely tied into horniness.

For some people it leaks like faucet for others it's almost none.
As long as it doesn't cause you any pain or any uncomfortable feeling during doing the do(jack off, sex etc) you don't have to worry about it.
Besides there's lube!
