      Hi, i have problem sometimes, i masturbate a lot, but sometimes - once per month?or two? right after i cum i have very itching problem with my head, pissing will sometimes help, sometimes it is worser, and only thing that help like 70% is long bath, some tips? like it is drying cum or what? please help… it is really iritatting problem, thanks

          You should go to the doctor! Are u sexual active (with another ppl)?

            It could be a lot of things:
            Is it the urethra?  It could just be variations in the acid/alkali balance of your cum.
            Is it the outer part of the head?  It could be micro-abrasions if you masturbate vigorously.
            It could just be you have a nervous system that resets by itching.
            It could be a minor infection at the end of the urethra.

            If there's no unusual discharge or pain it's unlikely to be anything severe.

              hi, i am not sexually active, it is itching of lips-like structure at the head, and maybe few milimeters in urethra, it is really random and it doesnt really hurt, it is only uncomfortable

                So, most likely there is minor tearing around the urethra that's irritated by the cum.  If you've ever gotten cum in your eyes it STINGS like anything.
