I have always been versatile/top for most of my life, then became almost totally versatile… until... I had prostate surgery three years ago. As a result of that surgery, I now have dry ejaculations. i.e. I no longer shoot cum, although still have a climax in the normal way.
I think it's definitely a mental things, but I have tended to be more bottom over the past three years.For me, part of the pleasure and eroticism of having sex (as a top) was knowing that you would end up pumping (and leaving) your DNA into a willing bottom's ass. I miss being able to do that anymore. There is something erotic about KNOWING you have pumped a load of cum into another guy's ass. But as I no longer have that ability, somehow it seems to have turned me more into a bottom most of the time, to the point of perhaps almost wanting to become a cum dump.
