I don't drink coffee, It will cause my eye blurred, don't know why….. but some times I drink a kind of bottle coffee dont have that problem.

I've never used cider to make steak sauce. I've used beer a couple of times though.

oh my lord, I really like the sweet and sour flavor from the east south of Asia. I found I like that smell several years before. Especially the Tom Yum Kung from Thailand.

I have never eaten either. If I had to chose I think I'd go eye ball. If bladder is like kidney then the taste is very strong.

liver have many recipes, brain is my favorite when BBQ.
finally I choose liver it’s very yum food.btw bladder don’t have strong smell it even dont have smell. i taste like yum rubber. you should have a taste of bladder.
