Trump should be dragged through the streets of DC and strung up. How dare he??? He's illegitimate.

From what I have seen, the court ruled that the ban on trans people joining the military is blocked until it works it's way through the court system.
HOWEVER, the court left in place the ban on using taxpayer money to fund the surgeries. Trans people can still get hormones and such paid for, just not the various surgeries.
