Crooked Hillary and the leftist moonbats just can't get over it, even nearly a year later!
Now they are pushing to change the way presidents are elected by doing away with the electoral college.
That idea is ridiculous.. because the population is not evenly distributed throughout the country. States with a massive populations such as California - which has over 12% of the population - would wind up determining the election results. Half the states would become irrelevant.
But, even that is not the big issue.
In the 2016 election, perhaps the biggest issue that affected the election was Trump's insistence on putting up a wall along the Mexican border. This pissed off the Hispanic population - causing them to vote against Trump. If not for that wall issue, Hispanics would not hate Trump so much. If the elections were determined by a popular vote, Trump would have NEVER mentioned a wall along the border and he STILL would have won the election. Trump didn't bother spending money nor campaigning in California because he knew he could not win the electoral votes in that screwed up state. Also, 2016 was the FIRST presidential election in which millions of illegal aliens were allowed to vote in California. In 2016, anybody in California with a driver's license was AUTOMATICALLY registered to vote.. and illegal immigrants were handed driver's licenses! Cute trick! -
