      Hey Guys, what do you think about the new Star Trek Series?
      I find it fantastic. Very dark and mysterious. In my opinion a good new start!

        I've watched the first three episodes. 😕

        I'm enjoying The Orville more to be honest.  I'm one of the people the Star Trek franchise despises - a long-term fan.  The franchise wants to attract the fanboys/fangirls but doesn't want to acknowledge continuity.

        It's already so divergent from continuity that they may as well say it's set in an alternate reality where the Klingons evolved differently and Spock had an older sister who was adopted.

        I'm going to try to watch episodes 3 and 4 today but I'll be treating it as a new dystopian series that's a pistiche of Star Trek.

              Well, Sulu and his husband were in the last movie but it'll be a first for a Star Trek tv series.

              Does that mean I can skip episode 4?

                  I watch it with my sister and we both love it.  Some episodes are slower than others but overall still good.
