理论上如果有公网IP是最好的，联通和电信应该会随机分配一个IP给你，你要在路由器上设置一下就好。
移动宽带如果想获得公网IP需要每个月再缴纳一些钱，可能是10-20元RMB之间。你就能获得一个固定的公网IP。没有公网也没关系，只是上传的时候会比较慢，下载速度会很正常。
