Identify a co star of Kip Noll or this William Higgins movie please

I've been reading thru a guy's blog and he refers to a friend (who sadly died of AIDS already) who had five porn movies and one of them was him going down on Kip Noll. He didn't do any anal. Actually the full description is:
"5. Porn Star Kip Noll. He also began going to the bathhouses and bars of pre-AIDS Los Angeles. One night he met someone who, impressed by his size, introduced him to porn director William Higgins, who cast him in a movie about a boy who wanders around West Hollywood picking up guys. Kip Noll went down on him. He refused to do anal."
What's this movie? It doesn't say that Kip Noll was the wandering west Hollywood boy.
