Actually it flow over Japan and the Japanese government turned on the sirens and warned all the people to get to shelter. Kim is suicidal and a maniac. I can't help but think he's doing this as part of a bigger conspiracy to get the North Korean nation in line with the Rothschild central bank and issue their world government money. At what point is someone supposed to attack NK to stop them from nuking NYC? or Los Angeles? Do you think NK is suddenly going to say after 67 years "oh shucks! we was only teasing!"As for NK having the right to defend themselves. Nuclear weapons are not defensive weapons, they are offensive. No nation on the world has used nuclear weapons since learning how dangerous they are for decades after their use because of radioactivity.
