Honestly, it is nothing I have said or would want said to me, it is kind of gross to me at least. Calling an asshole a pussy doesnt mean that the person gets imagery of straight sex in their head while fucking/being fucked.
For me it shows either a choice of words in order to make it sound more sexual, or to refer to the tightness, cause, you know, the average pussy is looser than the average asshole.
