Yes, clearly a mistake. At first I was going to blame it on Trump's reluctance to fill under-secretary jobs, but the letter was mistakenly sent to 200 out of 300,00 new citizens. Sounds like an honest mistake to me.

I would argue the opposite. He loves illegal immigrants as long as they are beautiful women. His euro trash hooker wife spit all over Americans when she worked here illegally.
